Can I get a copy of my prescription and take it anywhere?

Yes. While we do have our in-house prescription ordering to make the process much simpler for everyone, you can take the prescription anywhere. Our refraction range includes: Sphere between -8D and +6D and Cylinder between 0D and -3.5D. In the case Try-On glasses cannot be provided, no doctor review of the results and no prescription will be provided.

Will it give numbers for progressive lenses?

The prescription is single vision. We do provide numbers for reading either through our MRN app or through the user portal.

How does an online eye exam work?

See our tutorial video below for the exact process. The measurement does not provide a near vision ADD.

How long does the exam take?

Most people are finishing the exam within 15 minutes. We recommend setting aside 30 minutes, just to be safe.

Does VERAI replace a comprehensive eye exam?

No. VERAI is an eye exam that performs a vision screening, refraction test, and pupillary distance to provide a prescription. It is not intended to replace a comprehensive eye exam.
